The guys worked their butt off, I know they ran into problems with the floor under and around the hot water tank. However. They made it safe for me.The furnace , air conditioner and hot water tank are nice equipment.Thanks for the one day service. I would recommend them to everyone.

The whole experience with Superior was top notch! The salesman, Todd arrived exactly when he said he would and was very knowledgeable and personal. He showed me options and helped me pick out exactly what we needed. Just a few days later was install day. The day started with a text with the names and photos of the installers that were coming to my home. I thought that was a very nice touch. Rudy and Gavin were right on time and were extremely professional. They did a fantastic job, were very clean and neat as they worked and were very respectful of my home. They went above and beyond to do a really professional looking install. I could not recommend Superior Comfort enough.

The technician I had, Miciah L., was fantastic. He was polite, got the job done of relighting our furnace. I appreciate that he answered any questions I had to learn more about the process and was welcoming to be around.Only hitch I'd have would've been that the dispatcher had not informed my technician the full details of my initial request that invoved additional maintenance with the furnace. No harm done, it was inconsequential.

I chose Superior for a free DTE furnace inspection. This company has been so great to work with everything from scheduling the appointment the day of the appointment. I got a text message with the picture of the person coming to my house and a little bit about their background. We were due for a new furnace, and the experience was equally as good from the sales people to the actual technicians that did the install. I would definitely recommend Superior to anyone looking for HVAC support. They even brought a Superior Teddy bear for our dog!

From start to finish this company was amazing.Purchasing a new to me home that’s actually an older home with the original heating source had me wondering what called find wrong and worrying about the cost to replace the furnace and make the r home safe for my family.Brian with Superior was upfront about everything. SEAMLESS FROM THE TIME I CALLED SHANNON IN THE OFFICE TO THE TIME I PAID THE BILL THERE WERE NO HICCUPS WHAT SO EVER. This review is for my installers of my hybrid heat pump.Donald Weldy, Austin Osborne and Justin Minnick.Great group of guys, great workers and very personable.It was somewhat of a big job since I was switching to a hybrid heat pump system. The guys worked non stop throughout the whole day. Made sure everything was cleaned up.Don made sure and explained the process for the new system and what I needed to do to keep it running at its best performance.I will be adding another review separate from the installers in regards to the company itself.

My AC stopped working on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to book an appointment online for the next day. Miciah showed up on time as scheduled. We had them come out to do a tuneup on our furnace. We loved that they sent a text with a photo of the technician that would be coming to our house - this would be amazing for people who are single or elderly or just leery of people coming to their homes. Justin arrived when they said he would, detected an issue with our furnace and was able to fix it in the same appointment. We did not owe additional money, and we are set for winter!

My ac stopped working at 12:30 on a Wednesday. I called the place I USED to have service my plumbing and heating and cooling and they said next availability would be Monday. I received a contact from Facebook for an air conditioning install. Superior Comfort Heating And Cooling was mentioned a few times. From the time I called I had a very positive experience. Bryan arrived with an estimate and scheduled the install the very next day. I received a text prior to arrival from the installers Tyler and James describing themselves and their interests. I was thrilled. I had never received a text message about the installers before. They. arrived as scheduled and were absolutely amazing. In fact, they went over and beyond. The day of the install we had a downpour and they diligently continued their work despite the conditions. My roof was leaking around the pipes because of the downpour and James went over and above by climbing on the roof to put a temporary fix in to stop the leak. I honestly cannot say enough about this company, and these two gentlemen that were personable, respectful, hard-working, and went the extra mile for the customer. I would highly recommend this company..

The part that was needed he did not have on his truck but he called the office and someone brought it to him. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend. I called on Monday to set up an appointment to have my hot water tank looked at. They were able to come out next day! Miciah showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. Provided some options with confidence. Best choice was to replace it. He made a call and in less than 30 minutes the team was here to dismantle the old tank and install the new one. I could not be more stasifed with the workmanship. Superior Comfort is an incredible company that stands behind their work as well as prioritizing their customer experience and their customer satisfaction. Superior installed a unit for me last year that recently developed problems. Superior came to my residence a half dozen times troubleshooting the defective unit on behalf of the manufacturer. The manufacturer of the unit was giving us the run around regarding warranty coverage as well as dragging their feet in the warranty claim review process. Superior Comfort stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right. Tony, Miciah and Ken were extremely knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. WOW! I cannot begin to tell you what an incredible experience we had from sales to completion of installation. Our salesman, Bryan Henry was so knowledgeable, caring and worked tirelessly to get us the equipment we needed at the best price possible. The very next day we got our new furnace, air conditioning unit and hot water tank installed. Our installation team (Rudy, Evan & Gavin) busted their butts and got it all done, cleaned up and showed us our new equipment in less than 7 hours. They were all kind, considerate and professional young men. What really set our experience apart for me as a mother with 2 young children is that before their arrival, I received a text that the team was in their way including photos of the technicians I could expect at my home. This brought me peace of mind knowing whose faces I would see in my home rather than just anyone showing up. Such a nice touch. And I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that Bryan brought teddy bears for my 2 little ones to remind them who keeps them cool in the summer and warm in the winter! I cannot recommend Superior Comfort enough! 10/10 experience. 🧸

I was surprised by the service that I got the gentleman who came by. He did a thorough inspection. He explained himself well and what I liked about it is that he did not try to sell something that we did not need. I have to recommend this company is because they were straightforward. Our air conditioner went out. We called Superior to verify that the air conditioner cannot be repaired. They came out, ran all the appropriate tests and determined what we thought was the issue was. They have set up an appointment for an estimate for a new air conditioner. We were very pleased with the response time and the professionalism of the staff, especially the technician, Zach.

Just had a new AC unit and furnace installed and I couldn't be happier with the team (Donald & Austin) that did the installation. They kept me informed throughout the entire process.The office staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. My salesman, Bryan Henry, was great to work with as well. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I contacted Kaylin to set an appointment for someone to come out to look at my ac. She made it work for someone to come out TODAY! Due to health issues and being let down numerous times, she made it happen. Ken showed up ON TIME and was absolutely amazing. He explained to me what is going on and gave me all my options. Even a couple “tricks of the trade”. Not only could I get the repairs financed as well (huge help) but he is going to be here first thing next day to get repairs completed. Never have I worked with such a nice and highly organized company. I am so ready to have this fixed….and between Kaylin and Ken…this will happen! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Tyler, Austin, Anthony, Ricky and Darrel were fabulous!! Very friendly and definitely know their stuff!! We had a two full day job installing 4 mini splits in our upstairs bedrooms and they worked hard to complete it and did a fabulous job!! Very professional, courteous and personable! Everyone seems to really work well together and truly seems to love what they do! I HIGHLY recommend Superior Comfort ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We contracted with Superior Comfort Heating & Cooling to install a Rheem tankless water heater, and Tyler and Ethan approached their work in a very professional manner. I called Superior Comfort after meeting their owner, Scott, at a Chamber Meeting. His tech Justin came out next day and had my air running within the hr. I was told I probably needed a new unit from other companies. He fixed the issue, inserted a new filter and he’s scheduled to come back and service my furnace in the fall. I’m beyond thankful being that it’s 87 out! The best part, (besides the bear on their trucks) it cost me under $120. If I had to buy a unit, they offer financing at 0%. I highly recommend using them!

Superior comfort did a fabulous job on my heat pump, replacing my old air conditioner and modernizing it all. They removed it from the attic and installed it in the closet more convenient with a very quiet unit they did it professionally and with good speed. They knew what they were doing. From quote to finish was over a week but well worth it Salesman Anthony, techs Donald and Ricky did the great job on my installation and I would use them again.Jody

Superior Comfort heating and cooling will be from here on out be the heating and cooling company I recommend to everyone!! Me and my family had a 56 yr old boiler that year after year continued to give us issues after a week without heat, calling every local company, and spending hundreds of dollars trying to fix it superior Comfort went above and beyond to help us find a solution. From top to bottom weather it was Ken Morse in the office, Caitlin in financing, ken Ross who came out for the initial call, Brian who gave us our estimate and walked us through the process or the fantastic duo of Tyler Sparks and Rudy Almaraz who removed the old boiler and installed the new one in 1 day. They were all very nice, hardworking and helpful people who care deeply about there work but more importantly their customers and it shows in the way they talk to you, the way they carry themselves and in the work they do!
