Superior Comfort is an incredible company that stands behind their work as well as prioritizing their customer experience and their customer satisfaction. Superior installed a unit for me last year that recently developed problems. Superior came to my residence a half dozen times troubleshooting the defective unit on behalf of the manufacturer. The manufacturer of the unit was giving us the run around regarding warranty coverage as well as dragging their feet in the warranty claim review process. Superior Comfort stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right. Tony, Miciah and Ken were extremely knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I will be using Superior Comfort in the future for my HVAC needs. Thank you Superior!

WOW! I cannot begin to tell you what an incredible experience we had from sales to completion of installation. Our salesman, Bryan Henry was so knowledgeable, caring and worked tirelessly to get us the equipment we needed at the best price possible. The very next day we got our new furnace, air conditioning unit and hot water tank installed. Our installation team (Rudy, Evan & Gavin) busted their butts and got it all done, cleaned up and showed us our new equipment in less than 7 hours. They were all kind, considerate and professional young men. What really set our experience apart for me as a mother with 2 young children is that before their arrival, I received a text that the team was in their way including photos of the technicians I could expect at my home. This brought me peace of mind knowing whose faces I would see in my home rather than just anyone showing up. Such a nice touch. And I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that Bryan brought teddy bears for my 2 little ones to remind them who keeps them cool in the summer and warm in the winter! I cannot recommend Superior Comfort enough! 10/10 experience. 🧸

We have use Superior a few times now. I called them on a Saturday, there were able to get back to me first thing Monday morning and had one of their techs Justin M. out within two hours. He was great, friendly and fast. Very helpful, explained everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My furnace was acting funny so I called them late in the day. To my surprise, they we able to send someone out the same day.Ken came out and not only was he on time but he was early! Ken was friendly and professional. He fixed the issue and the rate was reasonable.Overall, very happy. Would recommend them!Just had a new AC unit installed. The guys were great! Friendly and professional!Definitely would recommend.

I was surprised by the service that I got the gentleman who came by. He did a thorough inspection. He explained himself well and what I liked about it is that he did not try to sell something that we did not need. I have to recommend this company is because they were straightforward. They didn’t try to take me for a Swindle of my money And this is the first time that I have found a business that is actually honest at least in my point of view so for future reference if anyone reads this review, I really recommend these people. They were straightforward and that’s what I liked about it.

I had a wonderful experience with Superior comfort heating and cooling. My air conditioner wasn't running right they found the problem, gave me a short-term solution for now until we can fix the long-term problem. From the initial call to the end of the service visit everything was easy. The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and gave pointers on how to maintain our AC unit so we prevent any future issues. 10/10 would recommend for any HVAC needs. If we have any other issues we will for sure go back!

Our service guy, Justin was right on time and very polite. He checked out our system and added refrigerant to our system. Informed us off what he found and future maintenance. We signed up for the maintenance twice yearly and would recommend them highly! Thank you Superior and Justin.

Our air conditioner went out. We called Superior to verify that the air conditioner cannot be repaired. They came out, ran all the appropriate tests and determined what we thought was the issue was. They have set up an appointment for an estimate for a new air conditioner. We were very pleased with the response time and the professionalism of the staff, especially the technician, Zach.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I contacted Kaylin to set an appointment for someone to come out to look at my ac. She made it work for someone to come out TODAY! Due to health issues and being let down numerous times, she made it happen. Ken showed up ON TIME and was absolutely amazing. He explained to me what is going on and gave me all my options. Even a couple “tricks of the trade”. Not only could I get the repairs financed as well (huge help) but he is going to be here first thing next day to get repairs completed. Never have I worked with such a nice and highly organized company. I am so ready to have this fixed….and between Kaylin and Ken…this will happen! Highly recommend!!!!!!

Tyler, Austin, Anthony, Ricky and Darrel were fabulous!! Very friendly and definitely know their stuff!! We had a two full day job installing 4 mini splits in our upstairs bedrooms and they worked hard to complete it and did a fabulous job!! Very professional, courteous and personable! Everyone seems to really work well together and truly seems to love what they do! I HIGHLY recommend Superior Comfort ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We contracted with Superior Comfort Heating & Cooling to install a Rheem tankless water heater, and Tyler and Ethan approached their work in a very professional manner. I called Superior Comfort after meeting their owner, Scott, at a Chamber Meeting. His tech Justin came out next day and had my air running within the hr. I was told I probably needed a new unit from other companies. He fixed the issue, inserted a new filter and he’s scheduled to come back and service my furnace in the fall. I’m beyond thankful being that it’s 87 out! The best part, (besides the bear on their trucks) it cost me under $120. If I had to buy a unit, they offer financing at 0%. I highly recommend using them!

Ken was very professional and did a fantastic job of explaining to me what needed to be done to service my AC unit. He did a top notch job with the repairs and my AC unit is running great.Ken also serviced my furnace and taped up some wires that were exposed. Superior comfort did a fabulous job on my heat pump, replacing my old air conditioner and modernizing it all. They removed it from the attic and installed it in the closet more convenient with a very quiet unit they did it professionally and with good speed. They knew what they were doing. From quote to finish was over a week but well worth it Salesman Anthony, techs Donald and Ricky did the great job on my installation and I would use them again.Jody

Superior Comfort heating and cooling will be from here on out be the heating and cooling company I recommend to everyone!! Me and my family had a 56 yr old boiler that year after year continued to give us issues after a week without heat, calling every local company, and spending hundreds of dollars trying to fix it superior Comfort went above and beyond to help us find a solution. From top to bottom weather it was Ken Morse in the office, Caitlin in financing, ken Ross who came out for the initial call, Brian who gave us our estimate and walked us through the process or the fantastic duo of Tyler Sparks and Rudy Almaraz who removed the old boiler and installed the new one in 1 day. They were all very nice, hardworking and helpful people who care deeply about there work but more importantly their customers and it shows in the way they talk to you, the way they carry themselves and in the work they do!
