I am impressed with the follow through, communication and professionalism of Nelson. Recently, I... scheduled cleaning service for my vacant condo in preparation to list for sale. I was not pleased with the outcome of the service. On a Saturday, I contacted Nelson immediately who answered the phone. Needless to say, I spoke to him with passion. During my rage, Nelson kept his composure and offered to personally revisit the condo to inspect and clean as necessary. We had scheduled a viewing for Monday afternoon and Nelson made accommodations to present at 8am. A few days later, I went to the condo and noticed a huge difference. I was relieved! Nelson EXCEEDED my expectations in various ways. Nothing is every perfect, but when the approach is handled as such and the outcome is improved what more can I do than give Maid Green the highest rating… 5 stars.
