Matt, one of Bill and Rod's Service Technicians, came out to address a couple of new appliance... installation issues. He was excellent. The installers had worked for several hours installing a wall oven and once it was in, they thought they may have bent a piece because they couldn't get the bottom of the oven to fully seat in the cabinet. They requested a service tech come out. Matt knew exactly what to do and had it fixed within a few minutes! Awesome service!read more
