I needed a rat/bat inspection to be taken care of and find out if there are any. I called Pro... Action, described what has happened and they quoted $190-$230 as estimate for the service, which I was ok with, thinking the whole house will be inspected. The following day, a technician comes in and puts a ladder to the attic area (said him where therat/bat droppings were found from my house pre-purchase inspection report) and he throws few baits from standing on the ladder and asks for $300. He didn’t even take 10mins to properly examine and I was surprised to hear him he was done.Later followed up on a phone call with pro action representatives, they have just been saying they will actively follow up for the 4 times I’ve called, it’s been 2 weeks as of (05/16/2023) I see no one following up nor responding to my phone calls.Worst Experience!!read more

This is the second time I have used ProAction and I highly recommend them! They sprayed the house a... year ago and we saw no ants, spiders or any creepy crawlies! I noticed ants in one of the rooms on a Thursday and immediately contacted ProAction. They came out the next day! Very professional and fair price.read more
